Ever since I seen the new Square Scallop Die, I've been wanting to make this type of mini scrapbook. I decided to use paper bags, so that I could add the pull out pages. In doing so, I got to use my Round Tab punch. This morning I sat down to make this creation. I think I will make another one and give them both as gifts. One to my sister, with pictures of my lovely niece, Rozelyn. And the other to my niece, with pictures of my great niece, Aubrey. This is a perfect way to showcase some of their current pictures like the ones below. Aren't they just the CUTEST?!?!? I just love the way Melon Mambo, Bermuda Bay and Pretty in Pink all go together! I will post the end result as soon as I am done with them!
What a great paperbag scrapbook! Love making them. Have you used the cardboard cd covers yet? They work great too! Here's a link to one of mine: http://sassystamper.blogspot.com/2009/07/simply-scrappin-kit-baby-boy.html
Welcome to my blog! I am a serious
papercrafting addict. I started as a scrapbooker back
in 1992 and I am now a Stampin' Up! demonstrator. I can't get enough of stamping and creating.
I'm a full time Trauma Registrar, fiance to a wonderful man who totally
supports my OCD (Obsessive Crafting Desires), mom to 2 teens, Anthony who graduated from HS in 2009 and Vanessa who just graduated HS June 10, 2010! Although I work full time, I try to get in
as much time as I can creating wonderful projects
that I can share with everyone! I'm really excited to share my projects through my blog. I hope you will keep coming back and visit me often. I would love to hear your feedback.
Leticia, this is beautiful~ Did you use the white bags as a base? This is sure to be a cherished treasure by both Moms~
